This commercial blast freezer features excellent quick-freezing capabilities, allowing for the rapid freezing of various ingredients such as lobster, king crab, and salmon, while maintaining freshness, nutrition, and texture to extend storage life!
The blast chiller is equipped with a powerful compressor and 360° circulating cold air, hot foods can be quickly reduced from 194℉/90℃ to 37.4℉/3℃ within 120 minutes, and the quick freezing mode can quickly reduce the temperature from 194℉/90℃ to -0.4℉/-18℃ within 300 minutes. (The freezing time may vary depending on the ambient temperature and load capacity. The provided time is for reference only.)
The evaporator is made of pure copper material, which provides excellent thermal conductivity for quick cooling. It is also sturdy, durable, and operates stably.
The trays is made of thickened stainless steel, ensuring a long lifespan and resistance to deformation, while allowing for adjustable height and easy removal for cleaning.
The freezer is equipped with smooth casters for easy mobility. The automatic closing door effectively locks in cold air to prevent loss. The 304 stainless steel enhances insulation, making it sturdy and durable. Additionally, it includes a temperature probe to monitor internal temperatures.
